I saw someone mention this a few days ago in the TF2D thread and told them to ask here, but I dont see it sooo.....

Anyone else running this ROM have the problem of when you are typing using the hard keyboard and you hit the Symbol button all that happens is the SIP comes up and you can't access the symbols?

Any fix?

I have the Sprint TV cab installed that came with the Kaoss Take5 rom on a Mogul.

I have a problem. Sprint TV used to work, the only thing that bugged me was that after a period of time it would ask me to 'click the center button' to indicate that I am still 'watching'.... That ended up kinda stopping a video, no matter what I clicked or did... strange.

Nevertheless, now I have a BIGGER problem. When I fire up SprintTV it says this, then closes:

"Generic Error in Legacy Servlet. NAI is not valid or Incorrect X-WAP-Profile(9056)
MDN: (my number)
CID: (a number I think I need to keep private)"

What is this all about?

thats because you used the vga cab and not the qvga cab.

hey kaos I have a question. sprint came out with the new rom a couple months back the 3.56. t moblie for the wing just came out with the 4.10 rom. sense the wing and moogul are the same phones but mogul has more buttons is it the same rom or no? the thing that I noticed though that the radio for the tmobli phone suck compared to the the mogul and other htc phone from sprint but would that matter?

i'll stop you right there. cdma and gsm phones are totally different. you can't use a cdma rom on gsm phone and vice versa. so don't attempt it. only way is if someone ported it over to the specific device. but otherwise, nope you can't use it.

I used the cab that came with this rom and shows up in the extended rom 'drive'.

I don't know if is the vga cab or the qvga cab, but since this ROM is intended for the mogul I would guess it is the correct one (qvga) of the two.

did all of you guys donate? as of right now, i can receive pictures from people but i cannot send pix. will this solve that issue and how good of a program is it? worth the $5?

What does this software do anyways. How much do you know about touchflo 2d on htc 6800? I put the touchFLO 2D software on my 6800 it will freeze up and when i get on opera web browser it will kick me off, any solution. Thank you.

yup your right, the problem is some ppl are getting problems with the sprint pic cab, they say ppl who dont have a sprint phone dont receive the pics but others arent experiencing any hassles what so ever, and to clear ur confusion if your dont have sprint pics on your plan I suggest u do add that, sprints best plan is the everything plan, that includes everything lol....prices range from $69.99 to 99.99 and u get everythinggggg

I cant find your tutorial, i looked at dash's but he doesnt show how to do it via sd card and after reading i see that most staff suggest to flash that way and not via activezync so can you send me a link to a step by step procces for that from the unlocking part till the pulling battery out stage. I try to gather as much information on my own but every one says different things and not all the steps in one place ( for the sd card that is) thanks.

no it will not do that everytime.... only like the stock after hard resets......... and yes you will be able to use picmail no troubles.

yes you could use mms with smms and for the gps just use a test app like google maps.

thanks dash. about the mms. on the stock rom with alltel, when i clicked the messages, it gave me an option for picture/mms. there is no option for that anymore. theres only text messages and email. so in order to send and recieve pictures or videos i have to use a separate program? the sMMS that is on there is asking for a donation to get the full product. theres no way to do it for free?

And Alltel wont see that i switched everything? it used to be when i got on the internet it said "dialing" with alltel or something. now it says sprint pcs......so what do i have now? alltel or sprint?

this is a sprint only rom....So no support offered for alltel...Says sprint only right in download...

right it will work no troubles but what kaos is saying is that he only supports sprint phones since thats what he knows best being a sprint provider and testing on a sprint phone....... so things like mms may and may not work you know....
