Once you extract the cab from the rar file. Connect your phone to you computer with the data synch cable. Once your phone is recognized by your computer, click on the start button on your computer, then click on "my computer", and in there you should see "mobile device". Double click mobile device, and then double click on "My Windows Mobile-Based Device", and finally double click on the "storage card" folder. Once you are then, find the .cab file you just unzipped or unrar'd and drag it over to storage folder. Once the file is in the storage folder, disconnect your phone from your computer. Now, on your phone, click on the start button, then go to programs, then "file explorer", and click on "storage card". You should see your cab file from there. Double click the cab file to launch it and let it do it's thing. Once done, do a soft reset by using your stylus and pressing the little port hole located just underneath the slot where your memory card is. If that helps cool beans.

Thats the first thing I do but its just not as fast as WK Task Launcher or Mort Buttons but it looks a hell of a lot better. With Ifonz you can keep it running in the background to load faster but its killing memory

can this work on sprint htc touch pro?
If it is, I could not find the file .cap after extracting the winrar but I see a bunch of other files as 00IPHONE.001 00IPHONE.001 00SIGNAL.033 .. etc..?
Please help!

thats because it is a cab file...it a self exstracting utility...just place it in your sd card or amin memory and double click on the cab and it will load automiatically....I REALLY and i emphasize Really SUGGEST you read the noob guide and how-to guides...you can find them below in my signature.
