1) Simply take the PRL file for 60613 place it on the root of your MicroSD card... 2) Go to the dialer... 3) Input ##PRL# (no need for MSL if i remember correctly...) 4) Click brouse for the file... 5) update... 6) ??? 7) PROFIT!!!!!!...... i mean your phone should have updated and restarted back on step 5... GLHF extract and dont load the prl.
