its just a wallpaper..... all you do is right click and save as....

I can make you a Detroit Pistons Background image to place on your phone, but i'm not doing themes currently.

he has said already in this thread no touchflo themes becuase they can take up to 30 hours to make... the title clearly says wallpapers/backgrounds and nit themes.

bro, i think he just wants a vga background to use on his TF3D...but i REALLY appreciate the good looking out tho...i'm gonna get these things rollin' so these guys will start requesting more....seems like no one wants any VGA backgrounds around here
