im trying to figure out how to install themes on my mogul without flash the rom any suggestions guys? thank you in advance and is a pleasure to be in this community, att lucho!

What kind of theme if just the regular theme then go to file explorer under my device you will see my documents and paste the file in that folder go to settings under personal click today and select your theme

i was trying to install the black_vista theme but then i double click on the .tsk file the sidebars become black and that's about it but are there themes that could be installed without flashing the phone? perhaps the touchFlo 2d themes? again i would like to thank you for your prompt reply and have a nice day! att lucho!

Yeah just do a Search for Touch Flo 2D and download when you do it comes with everything you need what needs to be installed and extras. It might run a little slow on a stock rom but you will like it

There are lots of different types of themes w/ different methods of installing.
unless they are device specific (i.e. TF3D themes), you can pretty much install them on your device... run a search (or tutorial) on how to install themes and research Tf2d and you should be good..
