HTC Touch 3g question

Hi guys, I was wondering is there anything in the regedit or a cab file avaliable where you can get the phone to wake up from being shut off just by touching the screen instead of using the power button all the time.:smile3:

I dont think so but if there was who would want the screen to come on once its touched?

At a guess me....I was just thinking that if you locked the device then it easier to just tap the screen to wake it up rather that press the power button, this is very simlar to samsungs etc

yeah but it would be losing mad power throughout the day since it would be coming on in your pocket or holster and guarnteed picking up calls on top of that.
