broken htc

[mi55y]

hii i dont know what happen to the phone but it all of a sudden it just reset itself, i thought it was ok but then when it turned back on the touch screen didnt really work properly so i had to turn off the phone manually then after it was fine but later on the screen didnt load right and it froze. everytime i turn off and on again it was always one or the other, ive tried taking out the sim and the battery but nothing works. the last thing i was doing before it reset saving the settings on the htc home customizer. does anyone have any idea whats wrong or came across the same situation?
please help me out here .. and sorry if its in the wrong thread im still trying to get used to this site ><

hard reset it..... hold down both buttones talk and end,,,then soft reset as your doing this with the stylus....follow on screen prompts...warning it will reset it to the day it came out the box.....you will loose all contacts and applications...giving you a clean slate.

that did not work either.

you have to hold them down and press the stylus in the little hole next to the usb charger port...after you press the soft reset keep holding down the end and talk hard buttons then follow the steps...

ok sorry i didnt realized i was doing it wrong until i searched how to do it on google well it working now but do i have to go unlock the phone again? since i use a fido sim card

What do you mean do you have to unlock it again if you unlocked it once your good but if you try again its just goin to relock it
