Mos Def... the whole issue is so lame... I think theyre just looking for a quick buck tho, more than likly, i do not seeing this affecting the industry or shutting down HTC's operations here in the US

Good question, I dont really see why not, only problem i can forsee would be the possibilty that many over see product come out strictly GSM and there might be issues getting them to work on CDMA networks like sprint?

they will never work with sprint period..... htc wont let the whole ban happen and many other wont either...... its not going to happen but i thought it was interesting none the less.
