Removing Stock Apps from Sprint ROM

I tried looking for a walkthrough for this but didn't find it. All I want to do is uninstall some of the apps/links that come in the latest stock Sprint ROM. How can I get rid of all the junk apps/links on the touch pro? Thanks in advance!

well what i do all the time is i use the total commander/ce program and i remove anything that i don't want or need..but you have to be careful when doing that because you may remove something you're not suppose to take out and may render the phone useless or get a annoying pop-up about a program that is looking for to open. think of it like a home pc one wrong folder you remove can crash your pc

OK so i got Total Commander and installed it but it only looks like a tweak/explorer app, like Resco Explorer/Registry Editor. How exatly do I go about removing the stock apps with this app? I searched around for a guide or explenation on steps to be taken to removed stock ROM installs, but I wasn't able to find anything. If someone can fill me in on how to do this, or point me to a thread that would answer this issue I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!
