WIFI question

Hey guys. When I switch my wifi on nothing happens. The wifi indicator doesnt light up. I was using wmwifiroutor but I got the invadlid code message so I deleted it and now since then I have the switch problem? Any ideas? Thanks.

uninstall the app and see what that does for you.... and there will be a wifi icon in the middle of the top bar and not on the led lights.

I uninstalled it but its the same thing. I dont understand this. Maybe its something with the regestry?

could be... make sure all traces in program files and the windows folder are gone. than soft reset and try again.

Did that too. Nothing changed.

could be a hardware issue, my buddy broke his switch on his xv6800... easy way to find that out is doing a hard reset then trying. if it doesn't work then, you have to call assurion if you got the insurance.

or he can flash back to a stock rom through sprint and than have them repair it..... why pay the 50 bucks.

I hard reset and it works. I really wish I know whats making it not work. Im going to keep my phone the way it is for now (ran a backup program to retore my files) until I go back to school after the summer.

I have a XV6800. I have been able to use the wi-fi service till now. I had custom rom, all of the sudden the wi-fi stopped working so I did hard resets, change roms, and also even changed it back to the original rom and still wi-fi not working. i called Tech support and they were not able to help and took it to the store and same thing.

if any one out there can provide me with some assistance will be much appreciate.

Dude take it back to them ask for a new ,the phone is defected go get ur touch pro bro
