ok, at this moment there is no way too and i would be very hesitant on doing it even if there was a way since the phone already heats up a great deal as it is (like the diamond) (both gsm and cdma) and overclocking it would just heat it up more :<

hi wel thats like your whit pc like when you overclock a grafics card or cpu this whit the cpu of your ppc to puch more then 528mhz oke

There is no way of overclocking it just yet but there is a way to reduce the clock speeds based on what you are doing. NO2CHEM came out with Nue Dynamic Clock. It can get the clock to reduce when the phone doesn't do anything for a 5 seconds or when the screen is off. Might reduce the heat issues. Here is the link:
