To answer your question....YES. See below. Quoting syrguy1969 over at PPC:

Swcked Menu: Here's how to unlock the Swcked Menu so you can add and remove links as you wish.
Navigate to: HKLM>Software>Swcked Software House 2>Menu>Root
In there you will find folders that correspond to the menu items in the Swcked Menu. E.G: Internet
You need to go into the folder and add a DWORD value called "Add" with the value of "1".
Once this is done, go to Swcked Menu and open the Menu Catagory. Click the options button (bottom right) and you will see 3 new buttons.

Another tip for customising the launcher. If you want to create another folder in that bottom right blank space:

- Go to HKLM\Software\Swcked Software House 2\Swcked Mobile Shell\Menu\Root\
- Create a new key called whatever you want your new folder to be.
- Copy the contents of the 'My Shortcuts' key into the one you just created
- Change the value of the 'Text' string to be the name of the folder.

Changing the 'Index' value changes which position in the grid the folder appears (0 is top left, 8 is bottom right). The 'Image' value will change the icon as follows:
0 = Toolbox
1 = Phone with envelope
2 = Globe
3 = Calendar
4 = Shortcuts
5 = Program Folder
6 = Camera and clapperboard
7 = Cog/Spanner



You can also rename any of the existing folders by going to that same key and changing the 'Text' string in the relevant key. You don't have to rename the key itself but may want to for consistency.

I knew I had this one somewhere, and I use it for assigning SMS to PocketCM:

Navigate to:
HKLM>Software>Microsoft>Shell>Rai>:MSINBOX

Change key labeled 1 to you SMS-Chat exe.
e.g: "\Program Files\VITO\SMS-Chat\SMSChat.exe"
Note: Dont forget the "", they are important.
Restart and try.

Lord Helmet comment: I can confirm the first method indicated works! Haven't tried the rest. I'll add more detail to that first description here so there's less confusion. I will stick with the "Internet Menu" as the example. Obviously, look for the menu you want to manipulate at the "internet" step:
Open a registry editor of your choice>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>Swcked Software House 2>Swcked Mobile Shell>Menu>Root>Internet THEN, Action>New>DWORD> name it "Add" and value "1" > click ok >DONE
Don't even have to soft reset.
FYI, I used SK Tools Registry Editor.
Here's a screenie of what your menu will look like after pressing the right soft key in the menu you want to manipulate (in this case, "internet").

yes and you can find the spot to enter under settings and about.... or if you install via exe file it will ask you to add the serial so you can register it full version and have to do nothing for the phone.

When it gives you the option to log on to your regular account, go ahead and do that. IE will launch, log on, screw around w it for a minute and get out WITHOUT logging out. Then go back through the Shell and try logging on to get your contacts using the Shell function. If it doesn't work, keep trying, soft reset, and try again. I'm not sure that there is a scientific answer for this, but it worked for me. :Laie_11:

runnin this shell and im tryin to use "idialer..v4" with the "green button" program but it wont work when im in the shell(like on the lifestyle page)..works fine if im in winmo programs page or anywhere else..any body else tryin to use that greenbutton idialer and havin this problem before i try dumpin and reinstallin..thanks for any help...other than that this shell is SEXY

its prolly not compatible with mobile shell than...... you would have to look through the registry and see what is blocking it from sticking while the app is open and running....

hi first of this is the latest build and check the swcked mobile section whe got that triks and tips already here whe have a few themes also and icons clocks ectra when there comes new build out i am sure mike20PR wil be the first to get it

too bad i haven't had the same luck with mobile shell as lots of people have.... just cant get used to the damn thing, I absolutely love everything EXCEPT the home screens which is a deal breaker at the moment cuz that is what I have to look at the most, pro screen looks crammed with too much stuff IMO for a device that isn't not (W) in resolution and i never liked the look of the lifestyle screen, i think i have tried like 500 combinations and setups and i never liked any of them, and why isnt there an option to hide the taskbar and make it full screen like 2.0? ... i have installed and uninstalled like 20 times already

oh well... i'm gonna have to wait for the real themes to drop, and by that i mean overhaul themes

yeah treu you got some good points there the fullscreen when first try it search for it lol no option dont now why the removed some thing like that i like to full up my todayscreen my screen aint that big on my touch so its way nice whit hole screen covert bud its still a great app maybey future releas whil get this options back

I love the input. Helps people know what to expect. I on the other hand have to disagree with you fully on this. I LOVE the fact that it is not full screen do to the access of the original start menu and task manager. The layouts are fully customizable and I love that. I noticed the background I used played into how buzy the layout looked. I have both the pro and lifestyle layout out running the same background and can't get enough of it. I amn constantly thinking of new ways to make mine more unique than others and have come up with a couple small ideas. I will be making alot of changes this thursday and friday due to it being my birthday tomorrow and havving those days off. AHHHH 2 full days of Wckediden time. I don't know what ot do with my self lol. Anyway, thanks for the input though. To everyman his own lol.

ill look through again because when i first installed this i got it like that and didnt like it since it was blocking my start menu for 6.5.... ill get back to you when/if i figure it out...... i know when i saw it, it was in the early release version you posted first......

hahaha i get ya bud, its an awesome app and i have it stored on m device to slap on once again when i see a kick ass theme that tempts me to give it a go again. i was the same way with 2.0, did not care for the homecreen till a saw the mario theme and i was hooked after that. guess im just looking for the look that just 'feels' right to keep it all the time cuz anything that annoys me (especially when it comes to looks) makes me just get rid of the whole damn thing lol

true, you can do so much with this that its sometimes overwhelming, the thing that makes me want to hide the bar is cuz swcked was way better ways to display the information and functions of the taskbar and, it doesnt play nice with 6.5 themes also so the color change from swcked themes option doesnt overlay anything, just the today wallpaper. so if i want everything to match, i have to slap on a 6.1 theme (not gonna happen) and let swcked take over. otherwise ihave to live with a black stain on the top of my screen that really doesnt do much justice on most setups i tried. no biggie anyway cuz thats no reason to get rid of this app but it would be nice

thanx man, the only thing i like about having the taskbar is to have swcked overlay the start menu (thats kick ass) but since i started using manila2d with probex alienX again, i have been using winmo a little more over android so im defenetly looking forward for further tweaks on this app

Up on top there are instructions on how to install them bro ,Plz read i think all it is a cab so install that to ur phone find it in file explorer and double click on i let it install once intstalled wait a min then soft reset

Gotta say I love this thing. I DLd it, yesterday, and had it fully set up within an hour or so.

This blows TF3D clean out of the water, as if that was a challenge...
I can find everything I use my phone for in seconds and one handed. I often use my phone while walking/working, so NOT having to be extra careful the way I did with TF3d is excellent!

This goes right up top for one of my alltime favs for WM6.1 - very responsive, clean interface, i just need to find the right widgets to add.

I like the fact that you can still view the start and status' at the very top, makes Swcked v 3 more a part of the OS rather than "on top of"

will be dl the fast switch in a few, and i think i'll be set! really makes WM more usable and friendly both to the user and users eyes lol.

Okay... I have one issue. The contacts can be linked to their Facebook accounts, but when I try to log in using Swcked, it fails to connect. I can log into Facebook using Opera, but not via the contacts set-up.

i had the EXACT same issue (i could even log in via IE mobile... but when i tried to do it via the contacts (Swcked facebook) it wouldn't work (i would get an error).

I went online and linked my phone number up to my account. then i signed in via my PHONE NUMBER through the Swcked contacts (instead of username and password - use phonenumber and password).

and there you go - hope it works for you as it worked for me... Its a great addition, can finally get some good contact pics lol.
