Video ringtone

Hey guys Ive been searching around but with no luck so was wondering if anyone knew anything about it.
My friend has an Iphone with a video ringtone, where when someone calls him he has a music video playing and slides to answer.
I already have the slide to answer installed but was wondering if its possible to do video ringtones and if you need a certain program installed.

i dont think that there is an app for it atm....... but why would you want to do that? you gonna watch it and miss the call... also if you ask me would seem like a resource hog as well as a battery drainer..... ill see what i can find for you but i dont think an app like this exisits.
