freezing up

ok guys please help! i unlocked my htc mogul that was from qwest with wm 6 and try to flash it to wm 6.5_21501 and it install 100% but when it rebooted it keeped freezing up on a screen that says windows seven i cant evan get to the main menu. i have tryed everything installing a stock rom i read threads on the internet i hard reset it i dont know what to do i cant find a qwest wm 6 stock rom and when i try to install a stock rom it keeps freezing on 11%. please help im desperrate

First off did you hard spl unlock? Secondly what radio does the 6.5 rom you flash require..3rdly i kno its a dumb question but the rom was meant for your device correct?

was going to say the same thing kaos, i feel that it wasnt for the mogul myself..... anyway we can get a link to the rom that you flashed?
