[WM65]Lockscreen fix wqvga added and fix splitted

I have changed this fix to 2 fixes for portrait only and for all resolutions (VGA, WVGA, QVGA, WQVGA).
You can decide yourself if you need them both.
If you want to remove the fixes, use the uninstall cab of the fix! Use both uninstall cabs for the old fix.[/color]

Fix 1 includes:

• Clock background changes it's size when there are appointments
• Suspend-resume delay fixed
• Notifications position fixed

Fix 2 includes:

• SMS/email notification disappearing problem fixed
  disadvantage: -> Cancel button on Pin unlock mode doesn't work (if you don't use it, it doesn't really matter)
