M800 Instinct - On Demand fix

Good afternoon Instinct users. I am sure there are very few on this site, but just wanted to give you guys a heads up for those of you that do have one or for the others of you that work for Sprint and may have customers with the On Demand Apps freezing up.

Of course I hope you try to sell them on the idea of an S30 first, but assuming you need the fix, please open the Instinct web browser (not opera) and visit the following link. The phone will automatically download the fix, and the customer will have to reinput there info for the apps, (name, location, etc) but it will certianly fix it.

ah, figured since there was no instinct section it was as good as any to post in, but thanks for moving it. Sorry, I am still learning my way around the site. I have never seen another vbulletin site that was set up quite like this.

its all good, add a new phone is more where you requrest a new area to be buolt and sicne the instink isnt a smartphone we dont have the section made...

Really? According to sprint it is. I mean I'm not arguing with you because I tell my customers that it's not one for all practical purposes it's just a glorified touch screen, but why do you not classify it as a PDA or smartphone?

smartphones have a pc based operating system and technically the instinct is a java based os.....

sorry to butt in on ur convo guys but umm if anybody has an Instinct and would like some free games let me know..i have about 15 or so full version games :) just thought i would share.

Sweet nice that you posted this. I actually have a couple threads on Instinct fixes on here. This should be moved to tutorials tho. There aren't many Instinct users on here, but a bunch of people have friends that have em so yeah it's always a good idea to post info like this for all devices just in case. Yeah if you could post those up and links that would be great I Manage a Sprint store so I know plenty of people plus my boys gf has an Instinct. Nice to see ya back on the site, hope everything is ok with you husband and all now! ttyl
