Default Exploring Windows Folder

Hi, I have come across a mogul phone, and decided i'd have fun with it. I have no problem accessing the windows folder via file explorer. But on my PC (when my device is connected) i am unable to view the 'Windows' file from my explorer.

I have selected 'View hidden files' and tried a search for the 'Windows' folder...and i just plain don't know.

It's not a necessity to access this from my computer...but a convenience that i would love.

All ideas would be useful.

well have you given both devices adequate time? i know that sometimes it takes just a min or 2 for the pc to pull up my devices windows folder...try a soft reset on the device, then sync up and try to explore it again...give it some more time this time..

Yea, i'm on Vista with a 6.1. and apparently only a few are having this issue. Because the problem seems off and on with a few

You may also need to unchecked "Hide protected operation system files"

Well not really cause there is two different things he needs to check, one is the "show hidden files and folders" which sometimes doesn't show the windows folder. So he also needs to unchecked hide protected operation system files which is below that. But yeah its pretty much the same thing, just wanted to make sure he knew though.
