so far the rom is vvveeerrrryyy smooth and responsive pretty clean too battery is decent did sum own personal tweaks and lasts a lil longer seem like mighty went back to his roots good work bro i feelin it once again

seems like mighty might be back to what he did best back in the day when his stuff was good and stable..... may have to try this when i hear some feedback from jew and others........ just flashed and finishing setting up nfsfan newest rom and loving it so far, seems very smooth and clean which is always nice :)

OK so I flashed this last night and been using it all morning... I must say, this is the most stable WM6.5 ROM with Regular Manillia (touchflo-3d). I havent seen any bugs as of yet... For those of you that have used Mighty ROMs in the past, you may have noticed a slight DELAY when you were attempting to do something, whether it would be typing on the on screen keyboard or opening up a new window, the phone would lag for a second. I noticed that doesnt happen anymore... I will continue to post any issues if i come across any, but at this time, I have no issues or bugs to post. GREAT ROM~!

sweet!!! thanks for the review jew, if i find anything i dont like about nfsfan i will have to give this a shot for sure and run the windows 7 probex theme till i get my verizon tp2 on wednesday :)

you will need the arcsoft mms cab for your carrier..... what carrier are you and try the jdarcsoft which enables voice text messages :)

you wont need both you jsut need one and the jdarcsoft is the newest... use the search feature in the future..... typed in arcsoft and it came right up on the top of the list..... not a hard tool to use and you arent going to get a link everytime, got to learn to use it yourself too.

yuppers and thanks and the seasrch feature shouldnt give you any blocked issue unless you are trying to download from the ip area.... if you are doing that take a look at the getting around the site link in my signature,

I think im going to have to give this a try if its as stable as everyone is saying I might have my touch pro sold and the rom on it hasnt be updated for awhile and is buggy plus the phone is going to my friend and she has never had a ppc so I gotta go for stable and no problems for her.

sure I think I am going to through some wad stuff on it Im thinking if I make it as close to using a regular compture she wont haev any troubles with it haha. I think I am going ot be flashing it here in a hour or so im at work and the phone is at home but Im going on lunch soon so Im getting the comp here at work ready to flash it. And getting all the other stuff I need gathered up so it goes quick.

ughhh now I just got to wait for the phone to charge up past 50% so I can flash this puppy so hows everyones feeling on this thats using it right now is there any battery leaks or heat build ups or is it all good in the neighbor hood.

This is looking to be a very clean sufficient ROM. I used Mighty back in the day and loved his work. I am hoping this is right along the same path. I'll Flash tonight most likely and post back.

Just installed it... So far so good Im having aproblem with signal strength though... Sprint is my carrier but I used to have a much stronger signal also I cant enable the data connection but Im still able to get online kind of wierd but Its still all good... Enjoy Bros...

I just flashed this last night and so far so good. I will post more, once I get the chance to fully evaluate, but haven't run into any issues and running very smooth. I haven't checked which Sprint Radio he's using on this, which I will once I get a chance at work to do and post back. I would say that could be the issue you are running to depending on which you had previously Shamarr. There is a recent release, so it might be good to install that and see if that benefits you. I'm giving this ROM a try as well, and so far it seems pretty good. At least everything seems to work, but I've installed this arcsoft cab but still cant seem to MMS a photo.
I can send it thru email and sprint picture mail, but they only seem to go to email addresses. Can't seem to send a photo via text msg. Should this .cab do that?

Yes, this cab accomplishes that and more. It will let you send a voice message to your participants if your wanting. It's a nice little app to add to this nice ROM. I will say so far I have noticed SIPChange does not stick like some ROM's in the past. Overall great and reliable so far, but if I soft reset, then I need to change what SIP I am utilizing even though I use the hardware keyboard more so. IThe HTC Album does run pretty nice, however I am a huge fan of Resco's Photo Viewer (Beta/most recent one). Te camera did not have all the camera modes, but Flash worked and it did have Panoramic mode available. I will continue to place feedback as I notice good or bad things.

That's what I was hoping for, but when I go to either photo album or Resco photo viewer and try to MMS a pix the MMS option is greyed out. Again, it will go via email or voicemail, but not txt msg. Did I do something wrong?

I just went to Resco Photo Viewer beta, clicked on a pic, tapped it lightly to pull up various options, then clicked on the envelope icon w/arrow pointing downward, clicked on MMS, and it set me up to place who I am sending it to, subject, etc. All worked well. Have you soft reset it after you installed??? Let us know, I'm sure we will get it going. Good luck.

OK, I see it now, but that's the only way I can get to it, won't work with the album (no biggie) But I'm using v 6.33. I'll try to get the Viewer beta one. I assume that it's here as well?

It is and you will like it more than album. It is easy to use, very responsive, and you can edit, while HTC Album doesn't give you these options. I'm sure other ways work as well, because it is there, but that's the direction I've been going.

Mighty ROM:
I do like the colorful circles spinning around , instead of the hourglass(when something is in progress). It's a nice change compared to looking at the same old.

Okay fantastic Ill look further into changing the sprint radio... Also Im having some trouble with picture mail but after reading other posts I believe I can correct that issue once again thanks alot Im learning plenty...

Just reinstall ARCsoft mms cab if it now already built in that should take care of picture mail. An the updating the Radio i would do , you will notice a difference for sure.

hey guys im planing on flashing to this soon, and i have been trying to backup my sms messages and pictures using flixilis but when i do a databackup it doesent find anything. does anyone know how to backup the sms messages using this rom? I really wouldent care, but i need some of them for court in a few weeks.

Try PIM BackUp. I know it has the capabilities of backing text messages and it lets you recover specific backings and not lump your PIM information to where you're obligated to restore everything and not just Text's for example. Verify it saved and then flash. Good Luck.

i've been on this for a handful of days now and it is one of the most stable i have been on in a while. battery life is pretty good and i have been using the tf3d ui. nothin bad to report i think i've only needed to soft reset once & and i think it was a locking-unlocking too fast thing. very impressed.

Hey, you that portion of the TP screen along the top where the "start" is and the icons for battery, signal strength? What's that called? Mine is black now on this ROM and I'd like to change it. Where would I get a new "skin" or whatever for that?
Also, on this ROM my Sprint TV does not work, sometimes I get the "cant connect to network... 7004" error, and sometimes the Sprint TV screen pops up but I cant do anything. Is that Caulkin's fix the only way to get it to work. I think I've tried it with no success.

You just need to change your theme. This ROM actually has a decent amount of themes attached with it.

As for Sprint TV, not sure, because I really don't use it and haven't installed it.

Dash is correct.
What are you trying to configure???
You can change the icons, so your BT, Volume, Signal, Data, etc look different then stock.
You can also change the color with registry or programs that are designed for completing that task.
Themes would make that happen as well.

Found a good task bar, thanks. Now, can anyone explain how to get my Sprint TV running again? The Caulkin's fix didnt work. Not that I'll watch that much TV, but if its here, I'd like it to work.

I had the same problem with my Caulkin's fix. I went ahead and disabled my tf3d on my phone, re-downloaded Caulkin's fix. Then i enabled my tf3d and then opened up sprint tv and it worked. I tried just about everything including soft reseting my device and got nothing until I did this. Hopefully this helps out some of you with the same problem.
