Galaxy Z Flip 3, Fold 3 get November 2025 security patch

Samsung is rolling out new software updates to the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3. These updates offer the November 2025 security patch. It addresses 25 security issues present in the previous version of the OS.



Currently, Samsung is rolling out the updates to the carrier-locked variants of the two phones for the US, which carry model numbers SM-F711U and SM-F926U. The update for the former carries firmware version F711USQSFKYK1, and that for the latter carries firmware version F926USQSEKYK1.



We expect Samsung to release the update for the two phones in other regions in the next few days. To check if the brand has made the update available in your region, as well as to download and install it, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.



Samsung is developing One UI 8.5, which will offer many visual changes and new features. Unfortunately, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3 are not eligible to get it, or any future version of One UI, for that matter.
