lmao yup same problem i had kaos other than that very smooth!!!!! im very impressed with this one..... and sorry i couldnt get back to you sooner was stuck working all damn week.

is it possible for this rom to be flashed usign winzip just like how the other kaos roms were? i am having trouble finding a program to open the nbh file. and chenging the sd card to fat32 and all that stuff just aint workin out to well for me right now.

you need to search for winrar just google it and then extract the nbh file and you'll be fine. dont know on the sd card as i dont flash that away. i just do things the old fashioned way and run the official to update all and then run the new rom!

Some Knowledge i will drop for you from my findings......

i have tested the following cards....

128mb sanDisk Micro mini disk - Results even at fat32 card won't work because card is written back to as update process is happening....Acting in sence as a cache for old rom while new is transferred to device...Basically how your able when it errors to restart phone most times and still have it load to previous rom before attempted flash...

512mb didn't work as well

my 1gb works beautifully.

my 8gb SDHC well that didn't fair so well also...so i would reccommend trying with a 1gb

dud i downloaded winrar and i cant extract the nbh file. this is frustrating. i swear im not this stupid lol. ive never had probs flashing a rom til now.

just right click on the file that you downloaded for kaos rom and the select extract here and presto the nbh will appear, then drag it into the ruu and run the rom update.

kaos im having an issue... this is third time its happened but whenever i take and try to soft reboot it gets stuck at windows mobile 6.1 screen. any ideas?

when does the radio have to be installed because i installed it after i installed the rom. and it did it again to me twice.

I've posted this around a couple of the joints that I have been having the 'answer button don't work' issue also, and haven't found a fix yet. Anyone figure it out ....let us all know...please...

couple things if it wasnt legal and they shut our phones down how are we still using them. second it says you have a touch so this wouldnt be the rom for you. I heard Big Jew dropped a touch rom that is smokin hot.

There is a how to guide in the NOOB section. It will give you a step by step breakdown on what to do. Here is a link as i could not locate it in the fellas sigs anymore

hey guys i go the take 3 runs really nice and lots of memory.. but QUESTION does any one have issues with slow text messages? well when i get into the message and start to type, i type faster then it comes up on the screen..

what can i do to fix this.. or am i just on a old verision of the take 3 rom?

message box could be empty or under 50 messages and still have this issue... no other programs running just text message.

thats b/c this rom isnt based off the stock OEM wm 6.1 rom 3.56 and that is your issue, if you dont like the slow text then i suggest upgrade to the official rom which is 3.56 b/c it doesnt have any lag.

In your case, does the lag remain or catch up? I usually only see it for a couple of seconds, and it catches up with me after that. I pretty much went to this rom right out of the box, so I never compared it to the official.

Hi DASH, I have been trying to load this on my mogul, when i try with the cable install it tells me that i have a communications error, and when i try it on the sd card it just sits there with loading... when im trying to install the radio version. what do you think is the problem?

That's already the right radio version. You should be able to just flash the rom. If you've got the card, just drop the rom file on there with the titaimg.nbh name and give it a try.

Not positive which build that is, but the newer ones are using the 3.42 radio, so it's a bit back. You might take a look at Kaos' Take 3 Hybrid which ups the page pool a bit. Little less memory available as a result, but generally much faster performance.

yeah you pretty outdated..... i would recommend the take three or the hybrid rom also.

I got this rom setup on my mogul. im adding in contacts, but it comes up as 425 area code. i know without the icontact, i am able to configure it into my area code. any idea?

i am also running swcked mobile shell, is there a way to take out the swcked contact and use the icontact instead?

i like the task bar from kao with the display of the battery life in percentage and Ram in the upper right hand corner. i am running the swcked mobile shell as my default today screen and wondering if i can somehow incorporate ram usage into swcked now screen.

you dont have to post twice... you can always edit your first. On another note, you cannot use the wheel, you just tap the volume icon on top and adjust it that way. You should be able to use icontacts as your default. i recommend installing the latest version of icontacts. you can adjust the 425 area code option in the phone pad then menu options. if not there then in the contacts, menu option!

I tried that area code option under phone pad and menu/option..nothing in there for area code. when i go into contacts, its icontact..how do i select menu from there?

is there a way to show the titlebar with the swcked mobile shell?

bro whats with the double posts lmao just giving you a hard time... make sure you only click once..... but anyways im not sure if you can... i know that ther eis a registry setting for this but dont know it off of the top of my head..... if you look at the call area in the registry tou should be able to find it quite easily.
