Creating Themes on Touch

I have Theme Generator CE, the program is pretty easy to toy with and create themes. I've done two so far, but really simple. I haven't gotten basehue or changing specific keys perfected, and I have some questions.

What keys do i need to set to stop my lower bar from holding the same color value as the theme i've changed from? (example, I switch from a theme with red bars to a theme with blue bars, yet the bottom bars stay blue)

How do I set the color of the top and bottom bar different from the colors in a program? (example, when I change the color of the navigation bar and the system tray to yellow, the accents in file explorer also change yellow. I would prefer them to be grey.)

What key adjusts the color of the "X/OK" button face/highlights/text?

I understand the program pretty much but I just have some little things i need to work out so that switching themes works flawlessly.

1. there shouldnt be any keys just switch the thmee and it will change everythhing for you. never heard of that problem from anyone before.
2. well for the accents thats one of the options in the program itself just tinker round with the settings and see what they do if you dont know what the description is. (read them there pretty self explanatory. they will say like highligh and background)
3. there isnt one
4. also alot of this if not all of them can be changed using UITweaker. the app can be found here by doing a local search.
