is there a program for my computer or htc touch that i can download to make my own home themes??? something like the TDIAL Designer??

yes there is theres even a tutorial and a video tutorial here at Wckediden for it you can just do a search for the program its called themegenCE have fun with it its the one that we use

yup i am using ThemeGenCE also and it is a pretty good program. When you first start using it sees a lil confusing but you will get the hang of it and than it will be smooth sailing. and also as tigerz said we have the ThemeGenCE tutorial video up on youtube so checkk that out for further guidance.
