deleting programs

i dowlaaded pocketcm contact list onto my phone, and when i went to remove programs under settings it wasnt there...but when i look under memory its listed as a running program, how do i remove it?

stop it from running and than it should be there. and if not you might have to go throrugh t he program files and dleete the folder....i have never had this problem with it not being there and havent heard of anyoe else havingthis problem either. did you try to delete it already and still working after delete??? if so you must doa a soft reset.
