Problems with updating to new Tv A rom

PLEASE HELP! Hey guys. I need help. I was running no2chems rom. I relocked my my mogul using the relocker tool. When I tried to install the Rev A rom a message pops up saying that my usb port has malfunctioned. This happened with all my USBS. I was able to exit out by using the exit bootloader tool. Now my phone keeps restarting, It loads up to to the todat screen and restarts and doesnt stop until i turn the phone off. Can anyone help me with either flashing the new rev A rom or making my phone stop restarting? Thanks.

try to do a hard reset and see if that fixes it. you are missing your radio so it wil be in continuous loop. if that dioesnt work hold the power and camera button while soft resetting and you will go into bootloader where you cvan relock (unless you are in 1.06 already) and than flash the rom of your choice
