Htc Home Customizer Problem

ok i do not have ultimiate launch, i only downloaded the newest version of htc home customizer! has any1 had this problem... when i try removing the current theme or change anything around bg,clock or icon, i get an error message saying an error occured while copying my selective items. what can i or should i do.. for now my today screen is stuck on some bullshit theme, i want to change it or put it back too stock
