Phone to Computer question - Wckediden

I tried looking through the tutorials and couldnt find what i needed to know..

I know how to post a picture, but what i dont know how to do is to get a picture of my current theme ( clock, tabs and all) onto my computer to upload it

I would like to share my some of my custom themes i have made for myself ( 20 or so) with all of you but i am just stumped.

you can do it in themegence or you can use an app like vito screencapture.
