i downloaded this file from dash i need to activate it i have it saved in my memeroy card and under program file so how do i activate it

bro i told you over 5 times now post in the correct thread. put it in the thread on the folder you are talkin bout so shit aint scattered everywhere. and follow the directions it tells you how in the first post of where you downloaded. thread closed and member gets 1 day ban.
