Upgrading from 6700 to 6800 sync question and ROM question

I am getting a 6800 next week and wanted to know if all my sync'd information such as favorites and contacts will be automatically transfered to the 6800 when I sync with my computer. If not anybody have any suggestions or ways to fix this?

Question 2 is, I wanted to install some of the programs from this site and wanted to know if you guys reccomend installing the latest ROM before putting in the programs or vice versa. Any advice would be greatly welcome.

1. yeah for the contacts just use a push email service at www.mail2web.com and sign up for an account (find tutorial by searching for free direct push email.) this will back up youtr contacts as well as give you a free push email account. than just set it up on your new phone the mogul and all your contacts will be there. and your favorites you can just copy and paste the folder onto the storage card and overwrite.

2. i would recommend going with either nuerom build 5060 or kaos **** sprint 420 take 2 rom. both running WM 6.1 and rev a with gps enabled.
