[SOLVED] How can i make my own Slide2unlock?

Is there a program i have to use to make my own slide to unlock? Also how to do it so i can custom the slider image? Can someone tell me how to do this, I try to look for it in the search but i couldn't find anything. Also how do you make your own dialer skin? Thanks!

Gimp to make the arrows for slide to unlock....Louie wrote a tutorial on how to make the sliders(arrows)..Tdial for dialer skin....i also use irfanview

I download gimp, but it doesn't wan to start, it just says, this might take a few minutes and i have left it for a long time and nothing happen!
