Re: Looking for Best Navigation (Free)
The only thing I have a problem with sprint navigation is that it is not free and you cannot be on sero to use it because this is only a package that can be purchased through a regular plan. unless someone knows a way around that. I know you said on another thread dash to call and see what they can do but that is very hit or miss especially when everyone that I call is indian and they take about 2-3 times of me repeating myself just to get the wrong answer.

Re: Looking for Best Navigation (Free)
There is a program called amAze 4.2. It is currently in its alpha stage, but it is voice enabled turn by turn navigator. It's a one install .cab file that required little configuration to run really smooth. Im running it on my mogul and its great.
Best of all it's totally free! |

Re: Looking for Best Navigation (Free)
You got it. I just found this the other day and thought I'd share with everybody here.
http://www.amazegps.com/welcome.php I would have upped the file, but you need to dl through the developers site, to receive a username and password. Look for a new version to be released on the Windows Mobile platform real soon |

Re: Looking for Best Navigation (Free)
Yea the .cab file installs in a flash. My GPS was recognized instantly. It works really well for a free program. I could see a lot of improvements, but I think that those improvements will come in the beta release comming soon.

Ignore that java link, because that's not what you want. After you enter the site, you can download for many other platforms including WM. That link should help. Let me know how the program runs for you |
