Declan's ReadWrite Chinese Simplified v1.1
Requirements: PocketPC 2003(SE), WM5, WM6
Overview: teaches the 1000 most frequently used Chinese characters. The program features each character's meaning, pinyin pronunciations and stroke order illustrations and animations.

Perfect for chinese students, I use it on a daily basis, and I'm really learning fast. Very useful to have.
