ok i got a walpaper boot up thangy but when i try to past it in the window folder it dont let me and i found the old one and it does not let me change the name or nothing do i get yo get a program that lets me do it?

than you will be fine you can rename asnd overwrite files with it you have to be doing something wrongthan your clicking and holding on the file to rename correct????? and also jsut drag after you name it the same and than overwrite when it asks you if you wanna,
