bottom bar disappeared

I installed the prada plugin on my touch, and then the bottom bar on my home screen disappeared. You know the bar with the soft keys such as calender and contacts. I thought maybe my HTC touch glitched so I restored it with sprite backup. After the restore was finished still no bottom bar. Can someone tell me what happen, and how to fix it.

huh.. looks like maybe you didnt soft reset after you installed the plugin... Sorry bro . Hard reset will alwasys do the fix, but i know that maybe something you dont wanna hear. I had a diff issue with the prada plugin before. I personally dont use it.! I would wait for another staff or member to give their input!

Instructions as per referenced urls above are:
1. Remove the bottom bar:

Place dciNoBar.exe anywhere in the device & run, I recommend to place a shortcut in \windows\startup folder. This will remove the bottom bar like in the pic.

thats what you did...remove that short cut reboot.
