phone stuck on windows mobile screen - Wckediden

i downloaded hulk rom dash made 4 my touch from sprint. after all the steps reboot phone turn on go's to welcome screen 1st then 2nd screen htc windows mobile screen it does not pass that....... i know i'm a noob and all i'm just tryin to get better to rep da family.... pleaseeeeeeeeeee help i'm such a burnout:40:
