Problem deleting pictures/videos.

I recently just filled up my phone's internal memory so I figured I could go back and delete some old pictures and videos that I don't want anymore.

Now whenever I try to do that an error message comes up taht says:
"Cannot delete image: access is denied. Be certain that the file is not write-protected and is not currently in use."

I know that the image is not write-protected and that is not in use because I used the File Manager. I never had this problem before with it and deleting photos.

Any suggestions??

no clue never heard of that and why you storing on main memory and not the card? but anyways have you tried to soft reset and than do it???? also if that doesnt work try a program like resco file explorer or total commander.
