windows media player mobile question

Hi!

my media player , it will play like , 15 seconds of a song then skip to another song , when i check and manually go back to the skipped song and fast forward , the entire songs there , its just skipping ahead magically , can someone please help me kill the gremlin responsible for this ?

no update that i know of, do you have oxios close apps???? that app makes the WMP glitch that way

if so, delete close apps and use only hibernate to fix the issue

man , i get to be a compelete idiot this time , ive never used windows mobile and am completly lost to what you said oxious ? ill check my task manager and see if its running , im switiching to a mogul from a plam tx pda , so im used to garnet os 5 ,

i havent the slightest clue as to where to start to check what you just said ,

im looking at screen shots of oxious from there web page , and what they have featured there i do not see on my new phone , so i would have to say its not there ,

the guy i bought it from had just got done flashing the romm to 6.1 and putting regedit on it , thats what he told me , ive had it for 2 days and so far all ive been able to do is get a few programs to recognize the gps , and since ive never used a base mogul/titan i honestly dont know what programs come factory and whats on here thats been added other than what ive added , sry to be such a fuktard but this is a whole new device land for me and im trying to pick up ground as quickly as possible,

ok of you have no clue than that means that you dont have oxios lol, its a free up memory app but if you dont recall installing it then you dont have it, hmmmmm then as of now i cant tell you whats causing this. do you have other apps installed that might conflict????

ps. you can also use audio manager if wmp acts stupid

ok thanks for your help , ill check out audio manager asap , but i soft reset it and now its playing the way its suppose to .. see throwing it at the floor does make it better , hahaha , no!

ok bro no prob, maybe it was an app that the last owner had installed that conflicts. you can hard reset and start clean if you like (hold both soft keys and the soft reset button) so that the WMP issue is fixed, or flash to a highly recommended kaos take 3 rom <----------

yes , flash ... thats something im not as of yet skilled or ready to try , i have done it with other devices , bios on computers and all , but i shelled out alot for this hacked phone , see cricket has rolled out high speed data connections on their network and the guy i got it from knew enough to set my phone up on that evdo is what sprint calls it , well i get that free , cricket you pay a low set rate , well that rate includes wap handset internet , he knew how to turn that into the new high speed data , and im not paying for it , cricket charges 40$ a month extra for it , so im not ready to just screw up this free ride ... im enjoying the hell outta this high speed data connection ... it makes me smile when i think of everyone else whos paying for it ,

ok i get it, but if you plan to flash, its pretty simple if you follow the steps provided in the link on my siggy, and just so you know Kaos Take 3 custom rom also runs on EVDO REV-A and you get 29 megs of memory post hard reset with tons of goodies already installed, but just personal preference, enjoy your new mogul, you will not be dissapointed for sho
