Do you like to tweak your device for optimum performance but hate going in to the registry to edit the values of various keys to get the maximum out of your device. then this tool is your best option. There are a lot of predefined hacks present and just select the ones you want apply it and you are done.

Archive contains Schap's config, along with the update required for the newer tweaks. Unzip and install.
