Because Microsoft stopped distributing their expenses tool and I don't like the alternatives I have seen, I have programmed a little thing myself. This freeware program is called Easy Expenses.

Easy Expenses is mainly focussed on logging expenses. It can probably also be used for other purposes, but that is not the aim of the program. Easy Expenses is not designed as a complete finance management program and never will be. If you want to use Easy Expenses for this purpose, you have to export the data and process it in a program like Microsoft Excel.
