image converter

hey i just realized i dont have an image converter in this laptop..i tryd to open the diamond dialer and re skin it but the images where .000 or pcvpro~1.025 and some other ones.. and i cant seem to convert to jpeg/bmp or pngs.. i spoke to probex and he told me to get a .cab decompiler i tryd looking on line but couldnt seem to find what i need. i also tryd this site and only found VIDEO converters and others that couldnt get what i wanted done. if anyone can help thanx in advance if not ill try again...

a great image resizer and one that is easy to use is infranview...... its a freeware too.
