making roms

eh im prolly gonna get yelled at fer this but o well. i wana start making roms but dunno how or where to begin. i read somewhere someone said visit ppckitchen.org or something like that but it did nothing fer me. if someone could take n halp me with link to a tutorial or a quit tutorial it would be greatly appreciated.

you need to download the kitchen from that link you mentioned. than you will need to get a basekit like no2chems (kaos and jew use this as well as me) and than you need to get the files in the correct format... it is quite a process ill see if i ave the time to write one... if someone knows of one premade post it up just give credit where it is do.

Here is a link which was helpful for me that OMJ wrote up....its the same steps for the mogul except the kitchen names are different, and how u can notice that is b.c it will say for titan or mogul i believe: Tutorial here

sweet thanks. dam i was worried. i thought maybe i was just searching wrong and someone had mad ea tut and yall would ***** ;). but i guess its legit wooo. mmk reading tutorial now.

on the whole making rom stuff. would using like nuerom kitchen like i sent you d/\sh what all would i have to reorder?

The link he posted is for the touch lmao but found one for 6800 , question is there a place where i get all the tools to start..... most forums i look thru stuff seems to be scattered ?

he said it was for the touch the files have to just be named differently. newho you can post it here and d/\sh will take care of it. or post in tutorial section.

thats just his likings..... basically you do your own registry tweaks and all that good stuff... he works off of the no2chem basekits.

That is more the key to getting a good rom is registry tweaks you do to the phone , i have all the stuff even a phone lmao just havent found what rom i want to build off of. Any suggestions ?

i would recommend no2chems since kaos understandably doesnt release his basekit.

the basekit is needed to build the rom..... kaos doesnt release his but no2chem does and that is what kaos uses for his roms.

kaos basekit is whatever's in his rom. he doesn't release it. your best bet is no2chems

you can just make simple roms first to get the hang of it. it's really easy. i've been making my own and testing out others for months.
