It was hell, talked to customer service then they transferred me to retentions, had to talk to supervisors and they said there's nothing they could do. So I wrote them an email how unsatisfied I was with there costumer service and the phone. They then emailed me back and offered me 150 for diamond. I was on my third touch though. It comes in 3-5 business days.
