Activesync 45 Windows Mobile 61 and 2 PCs do not play nicely

I've looked all over the internet for an answer to the WM6.1 ActiveSync with 2 PCs error code 86000107. I just want to sync my phone, work computer, and home computer. This has worked for years until this recent WM6.1.

I can't find anything to fix this error. I've tried some of the "solutions" out there but none of them work. I've just been ending up with triple contacts, calendar entries, etc.

If anyone would know the answer to this problem, it would be this site. If activesync is just ****ed, are there any 3rd party synchronization tools that will accomplish the same thing with Outlook?

are your pc's running on windows vista? if they are then you need windows mobile device centre with can be found directly on microsoft's website...Windows mobile device centre is the vista version of activesync

I'm running Windows XP Media Center Edition at home and Windows XP Professional at the office. No Vista in the mix.

here is in where your issues lye's.... go into the actual ppc activsync settings...select syn to pc...and make ppc priority ,....so instead of pc syning to ppc....ppc syncs to pc. and if you want to go from pc back to ppc...just delete your relationship on the phone.. when you plug back in it will sync pc to ppc as first sync...so only data np double names and sh**
