manila 2d themes help

i need help on putting new themes on my htc touch. i know that there are at least three diffrent file types like zip, cab, and m2ct and that i need manila 2d customizer. i have all that on my phone and i read the the read me that comes with the file but it doent seem to work.
Maybe im doing something wrong or my phone is not working so i want to know if there
is some other way to do this. Ok here are the steps i am follwing.
1. go to home setting and unselect touch flo 2d \
2. open m2dc and select theme in either zip or m2dct format and apply
3. go to home settings and check touchflo2d and exit.

my problem is that it says launching touchflo and then it says tap here and i do and
it repeats the same thing and it wont workl.
i hope a gave enough details to my problem and that i put this in the right section.

sorry guys i fixed i just installed scotchua's manila fix and it worked.
you can remove this thread if you want just glad i figured it out
