i looked at the instructions and tested and ill be damned it works!!! what the **** this dude had way too much time on his hands to figure it out. very nice work and very nice find on this....... if you get a chance under the iphone area post the instructions up :>

Wow... that is pretty impressive... if you check the "related videos" section of the same link you posted, there are other vids with the instructions laid out...

It took me to a ringtone site after i selected sprint could you pleassssseeee send them to me?

hey dashy, how good does this work?? is it a temporary thing or can you use an iphone as you primary phone with sprint with no problems?? please PM the instructions if you can buddy cuz if this works, i have a gold mine here in PR lol

are you joking. the only link in the first post and than look a tthe description in the youtube video top right of screen and you will find the link to his personal site and download through there.

And once i clicked that by the youtube video it took me to a page with which carrier and i select mine and click send instructions and it takes me to a ringtone page and once i put my number in it gives me a error did you get the instructions?

sorry i dont have the phone on me and it was sent to them. as i said it was a biddies phone since i will never own a iphone even if i could use it with sprint... i will see if i can convince him to post up the instructions.

right exactly i had the same troubles when i tried to send to myself to see what you were experiencing..... than i had him to it again to the iphone and it worked without troubles.

dont you know of anyone with the iphone? just have the files sent and than forwarded via email or text to you..... and hell if you dont know anyone than all you have to do is go into the store and do it on one of their models :>

I don't think you can get EVDO 3G on this through sprint...isn't there some fundamental hardware differences between GSM and CDMA phones? Not having 3G defeats the whole point of getting a 3G phone, don't you think? Now if it was possible to override hardware, forget the IPhone,...someone needs a hack to get the HTC Touch HD to work on Sprint... Now THAT would be impressive!!!

you dont get internet from all the reports ive heard and from what my buddy has said.

This can't be true.. GSM vs CDMA.. no way... and why do you have to sign up for some ringtone thing that costs $9.99 to get the instructions. Seems like a scam to me. Anyone try to get the instructions yet?

to get the instructions you have to go to that website using the iphone itself. but as dash said you won't get internet service once you do the sprint transfer.

This is old and actially fake i just got me another iphone and was goin to try this and flash it but while on youtube i found this take a look and looks like all my sprint iphone hopes are down

they arent all fake it has been done...... its just getting the phone to read off the towers that you need than to adapt a whole different rom to the device like you have to do when you upgrade the storage memory in a phone..... its all possible its just getting the right sequence and everything coded correctly.

I'm so embarrassed about how long after the fact that I'm positing here. But did anyone find anything on this? And also any luck on the hd being unlocked for sprint as someone previously mentioned as a wish?
