how do i load a prl?

1) Simply take the PRL file for 60613 place it on the root of your MicroSD card...

2) Go to the dialer...

3) Input ##PRL# (no need for MSL if i remember correctly...)

4) Click brouse for the file...

5) update...

Yeah I think ##PRL## does NOT need the MSL
