help xbox live acount hacked/stolen

hey guys, just this week someone on my friendslist stole/hacked my windows live id and stole my gamertag on xbox 360 live, and changed everything so i cant recover it. i know who did it b/c he sent me a message, saying that ms was giving away ms points to new windows live id signer uppers (i know stupid me for beleiving this bs). At the time i didnt have a windows live id assosiated with the acount b/c i had the acount for like 5 yrs before windows live id was needed for live. anyway right after i changed my old email adress to the windows live one, the same guy invites me to a game room, then 5 min later it signs me out saying that i have to recover my gamertag. hahah well the new windows live id i had just switched to has had the email password changed, therefore i couldnt recover. i call xbox and they tell me none of the info on the account matches what i give them ( had been the same for the past 5 yrs) and they tell me it has been hacked, and they are givin me the run around and say i have to wait for them to call me back. still waitin....credit card info was attached to the account( thank god i canceled it 2 weeks ago), name, address, many ms points, and non other than a freshly renewed 12 month gold membership. does anyone know how i can recover or "hack it back". i messaged the guy from a 1 month free gold membership account and asked him about it and he laughed saying he wasnt givin it back. then states he didnt do it once i mention identity theft and then he blocked me ,so i know its him. can someone who knows how to hack it back help me out.. thanks

wow bro that hella suks, not sure how to hack into 360's, but if you can find a IP address for the guy you should send a ddos attack on him, to long to explain how but i got a site where i learned it from,.....

thanks not to sure how i would get his ip but this could come in handy in the future.

i know there has to be someway to hack it back if he hacked it from me, i could do it the same way he did but how? gotta be someone that knows, b/c ms doesnt seem to wanna help me at this time, and i read a statement somewhere online after the fact, that a ms representative made a statement " we have no control over xbox live, hackers have taken it over" i mean really microsoft, xbox live taken over by hackers.....?? makes me wanna sell it and go with a ps3 and wii

ya i've done a lil diggin for you an basically you got hit with a firmware hack,. there's tons of info on it, i just googled xbox 360 hacks and found all kinds of info, try readin through some of it and see if you can get back into your live account and change it back, and like i said b4 i have no clue how to hck in2 360's...but cant be too hard, they have microsoft os. let us know what you find brotha and maybe i can help after some more diggin..:)

he may not have stolen your xbox live account because when you initially sign up you use a windows live email and password to get an xbox live account. All he needs is that windows live username and password and he can "Recover" your gamertag to his xbox and then change the password. All this really is, is a windows live id hack, so you really need a windows live account password hack.

yeah i tried signing into it to recover it, and all was changed even the secret question was different. i read about this after it happened and thats when i called xbox and still "waiting for them to call back". i get the same thing everytime i call.

was custom ? first car. then went to fav person in history. im sure thats how he did it windows live id hack. the gamertag was last online 9hours ago, and was stolen 4 days ago, lol i sent it a freinds request.
