Sprint phone trade ins - Wckediden

Hey guys i recently bought my Sprint Mogul in september and a few months later the HTC Diamond came out. So i was wondering if it would be possible to trade my phone in for the new version. I would be willing to pay an upgrade of 100 dollars. So all you people who now some stuff about this please help me out. If you have any information about how ot manipulate the system please tell me.

just like all the other threads you can ask but they are going to most likely say no since the mogul is retired.... tell them the commonly known problems on the phone and if that doesnt work ask to be transferred to retentions and that should work... if that happens again and they say no just call back dialing *2 and at the prompt say cancel and try again.... within a couple tries you will be successful for the difference like you said or even maby it for free :>
