UPDATED Ryan Moguls Themes please RE-Download and overwrite the originals

Due to the site having complicated admins and a terrible 5 minutes to edit your posting I have to make this thread to post my updated themes. I have made all the themes I released better except the Marisa Miller themes. The reason I changed them was because the normal and critical notification areas were all white text and backround and couldnt be read. I also matched the backround of the contact list and messaging app to the theme. Like I said please re-download my glass windows theme, both transformers, and the Gina Carano. The new ones are better for sure. Just activate one of your stock themes and paste all four new themes in your windows folder on phone overwriting the old ones. Thanks and hope you enjoy these even more.

I was not talking about most admins on here. I contacted one admin about being able to edit my threads like it says when you go and try to edit them. "The administrator has specified that you can only edit messages for 5 minutes after you have posted. This limit has expired, so you must contact the administrator to make alterations on your message." <---I did that and he wrote back telling me to join the uploaders group. Well I did that too but no one seemed to approve me into the group. I just wish you could edit your threads like you should be able to. Just like if you didnt like what someone wrote you should be able to delete their posting from your thread. Also you should be able to delete threads that you dont want to share anymore. The 5 minute edit thing too, thats pretty bogus. It could take you 5 minutes to change up a .gif or .bmp to reupload and by then you are beat if you already posted your thread. It makes you have to be sure of exactly what you want to include in the thread before posting and it makes you feel senial when you mess up.

well if you just joined the group give us time to approve you theres only 3 of us that do the approving and we alrent always on since we too have lives also,..... your approved now and the admin that you are talking about is the owner of the site so i would back off a little bit... it was made that way for a reason and that reason is so people if they get angry cant take away and delete all threads or posts that they made making threads get all messed up and hard to follow.

I never meant to hit any nerves only wanted to distribute my updates. Thanks for approving me and I understand everyone has a life. I was basically stating my reasoning for making another thread is all. I figured people would understand the situation and re-download. I appreciate you guys and thanks for all your quick replies! This site is my favorite period..

Thanks man, I work alot but am always thinking of more projects. Hopefully my paging file program turns out will make even the newest ppc's alot faster lol. I didnt know we looked the same lol its my thuggish look I am actually more a goof ball.

How about this people. I went in to my profile and noticed that one of my groups was adult viewer yet I never joined that group. Also my reputation was disabled and I had to re-enable it. Weird huh? This was all after I PMed Dash on here and asked to be able to edit my threads and he said this.

i was the one that sent you that email.In that email i stated that go go the post that you want to edit.. and re-uploaded the file... any staff won't mine adjusting the post. then i also stated that to join the uploader group so you can able to edit the post.
It's not necessary to create another post to update a file it should be done in that post.If you can if it won't be a bother go back to the post that you want updated and attached the file and any staff will updated the post..

Here is exactly what the Admin said in the email. "Just ask a staff in the section where you posted to add or change and they'll fix it for you or join the uploader team group". <---Well, I already joined the uploader group and still cannot edit my posts. Also I have told Dash the problem many times and he claims I have to talk to Coderz who I already talked to and Coderz tells me to talk to someone else, I cannot re-upload a file in my existing posts because there is no option to do so. well bro,
we do appreciate you puttin themes up and showin us your talent, but the editing option is designed specificially for staff. We are the most knowledgable people on the forum, having to deal w/ compliants, issues, fixing post for members like you, closing threads and such. there is a reason as to why you cannot edit your post. Regardless of what people say in them, or what you want to take out, WE never just delete them, they are kept here regardless....now elboriyorker just poted above and i believe you are unaware of the way you are coming across. please just be a lilttle more patient and i promise he will fix your annoyin situation. but for the time bein.....just ask staff to fix your threads like everyother uploader and designer. thank for understanding.....and lets get back to topic in this thread..anyother concerns can be opened in a new thread in the appropriate area.

This is what I'm going to do since I'm one of those complicated admins..and the things i do is for a reason.Mainly this section and the program section are for staff to post and members to download and or post any comments..we didn't anticipate members to share in this section.What i will do is i will re-evaluate each section on how I'm going to allow such feature for the members.

Since this is a sharing and tutorial community..i will in time when i available to modify the section so everyone will be able to modify the post with ease .

But in the future if you can what ever post you created in the release section just attached the updated file and a staff will modify the post for you....

Ok, how about this I have developed a solution incorporating your suggestions. I will post a reply to each of my threads with the updated .tsk (theme) files. Update each of those threads with my new files. Then you can go ahead and delete this thread. Lol I dont think any of us will miss it. I now know how this forum works and thank you for being patient with me.

You messed up my threads.. Each thread had a preview picture of what the theme looks like and now they are all gone! The only thread that didnt have pictures is my newest thread Updated Ryan Mogul Themes... That thread is the only one that has just download links.

Ok guys now that things are starting to clean up could we finish by deleting this pointless thread? All of the original threads have just been updated and this thread is just misleading.. I now know how to create a thread right the first time and I am glad you have all helped me. The other thing weird I noticed since you have updated the site (which looks very nice by the way) is when you click to attach a file or say even upload a custom avatar from your computer the mouse clicks arent working for the browse button. A trick I found is clicking in the text area (next to whichever browse button you are having problems with) then hitting tab then spacebar. Also if you notice the drag bar on the right of the screen in any page will not let you drag unless you double click? Hope this helps and yeah please delete this thread lol.

when i did the skin changes and alteration i checked both FF and IE and checked to make sure all functionally works and i even checked safari.all other i have no idea since vbulletin don't offer support for the other browser..

Maybe you have to clear cache and browsing history and cookies and try again it may still using the same cookie to old skin..


but overall thread closed and moved per user and any issue with the board check the Wckediden news section for board issue and post there
