Long story as short as possible...I am using a flashed Verizon xv-6800 to Cricket. Everything worked great. EV-DO was working fine. Then, I tried to set up an Outlook email to connect to Gmail. Well, I believe that I erased the settings for the contact number to get to the Internet.

I have searched for modem settings in every way that I can think of, but have not really found anything....but I very well might not be asking the right question in the right way.

Here is what I know:

On Today Screen I show EV on the top. Leads me to believe that the settings are still set.

For the connections settings:

Under My ISP:

Advanced:

TCP/IP tab:
Use server assigned IP address
compression boxes both checked

Servers:
checked: use server-assigned addresses

Proxy settings:

checked: This network connects to the internet
checked: This network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet
Proxy Server: wap.mycricket.com

Under Advanced (from proxy screen)

HTTP wap.mycricket.com:8080
WAP <blank>
Secure WAP <blank>
Socks wap.mycricket.com:1080

As it stands right now, the comm manager will show that I connect via dial up...(it used to say something different, but I do not remember exactly what). I cannot get any web pages to come up on Explorer. I get connecting (when it is dialing)...My EV goes to 1X....it goes into locating and sits there. No pages appear.

I know that Internet is still working (at least minimally) because I can still get my weather updates etc.

SMS/MMS still work great.

I am thinking that when I was setting up my Outlook I got into something that I should not have and thus, lost my EV connection. I believe that it is somewhere in my settings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
