[Released 2/01/2009] MobilePad v2.3b (Added Multi-Lingual support)
Description:
MobilePad is a light, speedy multitab text editor that allows you to create quick notes or long journals for daily activities right on your Windows Mobile Phone.

Features included:

Requirement:
- Hand-held devices with Windows Mobile 5.0+ Professional Edition. (I will make cab for Windows Mobile Standard Edition if i got enough demands)
- .NET Compact Framework 3.5

I would like to contribute to the great XDA Developer forum by writing this program on my spare time after work and family. This project is still open for suggestions, improvement for future versions.

I would like to thanks all those who inspire me with their creative suggestions as well as testers.

Version 2.3b: (Release Date: 02/01/2009)
- Fixed a bug where Format, Insert, Tools menu text does not get updated when the user modified MenuSetup.ini (Thx dancer_69 for testing)
- Modified Menu Items position. Moved Format menu under Tools menu. Grouped phone features under Tools -> Phone Menu. Moved Insert menu under Tools.
- Phone menu item is added to MenuSetup.ini. Need to add this line: "Phone; Phone" without the quote, at any new line in your customed MenuSetup.ini.
- Added insert bullet.

Version 2.3a: (Release Date: 01/31/2009)
- Added support for non-English characters based on your Operating System Localization. (Tested on French ROM, but it should work for other languages as well)
- Added Multi-Lingual support for menu items. Now you can customise your menu item by modifying the MenuSetup.ini file (thx hanackin for suggesting)

Version 2.3: (Release Date: 01/30/2009)
- Added support for non-English characters based on your Operating System Localization. (Not fully tested, as i don't have O/S for another language)
- Fixed some minor bugs.
- Changed SIP behavior to not auto popup when the device has a hard keyboard. (Thx joemanb for reporting)
- Fixed a bug where a new tab is created and then closed, and its associated timer does not get disposed.
- Fixed autosave timer bug where set the auto-save time to 0 or blank causes the program to malfunction. (Thx DanielXYZ for testing this)
- Fixed a minor bug where increasing/decreasing font from "format menu" doesn't update zoom slidebar.
- Modified icon so it still remains good quality but file size is reduced. This reduced the over size of the cab tremendously.

Version 2.2a: (Release Date: 01/29/2009)
- Fixed a few minor bugs in Find and Replace function.
- Fixed a bug that doesn't open selected file in a new tab when the program is currently running. (thx LordDeath for bringing this up)
- Cleaned up code again for better performance and fully release resource when exit.

Version 2.2: (Release Date: 01/27/2009)

- Fixed bug that causes Contact to not change when re-selecting Contact for SMS.

Currently Working on:
- Adding setup interface that allows full control over the app. Setup interface will include the following:
1. File Association
2. Option to turn word count on/off
3. Auto-Save Timer option will be moved into setup interface. Setup interface will take its place on the menu.
4. Editor will maintain its format after exiting.
5. Option to turn "capture new SMS feature" on/off
6. Option to turn auto-show SIP on/off (default: off for devices with hard keyboard, otherwise on)
7. More options will be added as required.
